upon awaking day 5 , the team was separated and had to regroup at erics. after eating and getting more beer, it was time to go to the skatepark, for it was the day of sabbath and we had to worship. we went to medford, the best park of the 3 in this area. this park consisted of a combi bowl, a street area, another small bowl, and all of the locals sporting no rollerblades stickers on their helmets. after a couple of hours at medford, we headed back to talent for a mellow session with the girls. we failed to mention that southern oregon has more ripping female skaters per capita then anywhere else any of us have been. the session at talent consisted of smooth lines, cold brews, and lots of talk from the male locals, as the girl locals skated their heinies to infinity. these girl skaters made the boys look weak. their enthusiasm for skating is unparalleled in the male world, where we only skate when there is a camera or a hot chick present. then it was time to go to jacksonville and barbecue on the hill. ed peck bought the team diner because it was big tims birthday (in january). we skated, made friends, barbecued, and enjoyed the fine oregon evening. then we went back to erics to divvy up the team among the local ladies. success was made with the team van (team clean cut) pulling way ahead of ed pecks car (team bif bag) in total points for the weekend.
